We’ve arrived at the heart of it all. Welcome to Day 5, where we focus on the Heart Chakra, or Anahata. This chakras vibrant emerald green beams with healing, nurturing and balance.
This chakra lives right at the center of your chest and bridges the lower physical chakras with the higher spiritual ones. It’s the space where we feel love, not just for others, but for ourselves, too.
When the Heart Chakra is balanced, we feel open, compassionate, and deeply connected to people, to nature, to life. Imbalance might show up as loneliness, bitterness, or walls built around the heart.
Tend too your heart space, try:
Placing your hand on your chest and taking slow, loving breaths.
Practicing gratitude, write down a few things that warm your heart.
Spending time with someone who makes you feel safe and seen.
Eat all the green vegetables and green fruits to help feed the Heart Chakra.
Listening to music that stirs emotion or brings joy.
Tomorrow, we rise to the Throat Chakra, the center of your truth and voice.
