We are just a little over a month away from the Year of the Horse, which begins on February 17, 2026, and runs through February 5, 2027. After this past year, I am truly ready. The Year of the Snake brought deep lessons for me, especially around my health and mental health. While I honor what it taught me, I am grateful to see it come to a close and to welcome a year that supports movement, vitality, and forward momentum.
The Horse represents freedom, energy, and progress. It’s a year that encourages us to move forward after feeling stuck and to reconnect with our bodies and our truth. People born under the Year of the Horse (1930, 1942, 1954, 1966, 1978, 1990, 2002, 2014 & 2026) carry a strong life force and independent spirit, and babies born this year arrive with powerful, heart-led energy meant to help move things forward for all of us.
As we prepare for this new cycle, now is the time to clear space. Deep cleaning, decluttering your home and workspace, and intentionally releasing what no longer serves you, helps clear stagnant energy, and makes room for what’s ahead. The Horse year thrives on clarity and movement, and preparation matters.
One of the most supportive ways to start the Year of the Horse is with a chakra balance. Clearing and aligning your energy centers helps release stress and heaviness from the past year and allows energy to flow freely again. When you begin the year feeling grounded, open, and aligned, it’s easier to step into the momentum this year brings.
If you’re feeling called to clear your energy and start the Year of the Horse feeling supported, I invite you to book a Chakra Balance session with me at Tranquil Birth and Bodywork. This is a gentle yet powerful way to reset your energy and step into the new year with intention, clarity, and ease.
Sending you love and light this New Year,
Audrea
