Trauma has a way of settling deep into the body, affecting not just our thoughts and emotions, but also our energy. Whether it’s from a single life-altering event or layers of lived experiences, trauma can leave us feeling disconnected, anxious, or emotionally numb. I’ve seen how this pain can show up in so many ways—and I want you to know, healing is possible.
As a trauma-informed practitioner, I hold space for your story with care, compassion, and without judgment. Chakra balancing is one of the gentle yet powerful tools I use to support that healing process.
Trauma and the Chakras: A Deeper Understanding
Our chakra system is like an energetic map of our inner world. When we experience trauma, certain chakras can become blocked, overactive, or depleted.
If you’ve ever felt unsafe or ungrounded, your Root Chakra may be calling for attention.
If you’ve carried grief, shame, or betrayal, your Sacral Chakra might be holding that pain.
If you’ve struggled to open your heart again after loss, your Heart Chakra may be protecting itself.
If you struggle to speak up for yourself, your Throat Chakra may be blocked.
This is where chakra balancing comes in—not to “fix” you, but to gently realign your energy so you can reconnect with yourself in a safe and supported way.
What Chakra Balancing Can Do for Trauma Healing
In our sessions, I combine energy work, healing touch therapy, sound therapy, breathwork, and intuitive guidance to help bring your energy system back into balance. Clients often report feeling:
Lighter and more grounded
Emotionally clear and open
Deeply relaxed and at peace
More connected to their body and intuition
These shifts may be subtle at first, but over time, they create space for real transformation.
You Don’t Have to Do This Alone
I believe healing is sacred work—and it doesn’t have to be done in isolation. When you’re ready, I’m here to walk beside you.
If trauma has left you feeling disconnected, stuck, or overwhelmed, I invite you to experience the restorative power of chakra balancing. I approach every session with trauma-informed care, ensuring that your comfort, consent, and boundaries are always respected.
You are worthy of healing. You are not broken. And you don’t have to carry it all on your own.
With peace and light,
Audrea
